Melissa, the only currently known INFANT contraindication for breastfeeding
(or receiving breastmilk) is galactosemia.  Autism is not a contraindication
for breastfeeding. In fact, breastfeeding may be protective and/or helpful
in several ways - nutritionally, immunologically, and regarding
communication.
