I've been in a sticky situation a number of times when a woman calls me
up and says something like:  "Hi, this is Mary Smith.  You remember me,
don't you?"

Like most LCs, I see a lot of clients on a short-term basis.  I can't
possibly remember all of them.  How do I reply without sounding rude?
