A couple people have written to tell me about women whose bf experience was
saved by having a hand pump during the early days of engorgement.  I stand
corrected :-)

Guess I was thinking about the client who realized, when she couldn't pump
more than 1/2 an ounce with her "free" hospital hand pump, that her poorly
latching baby needed the abm given her "free" in her OB's childbirth class.
They were well on their way to failure when she came for a rental pump and
got 8 oz at her first session.

Not a perfect world...
