I vote no, .........plus, discomfort/soreness/pain is an opinion

ie; is mild areolar tissue inelasticity a problem or a process?

the moms experience/opinion of nipple tenderness or soreness or agony or
whatever she feels and labels that feeling, is what we start with, ...the remedies
all start with "actively" listening to the mom.
