Andrea, Is the baby nursing at breast?
My Number One suggestion would be to mother baby at breast, wearing baby
kangaroo style, all feeds at breast, or whenever humanly possible. Using
some type of supply line at breast. Lots of encouragement, as she's 3 wks
out, meaning baby is not quite yet to full term. You've got the rest
covered.
