While I'm a big APNO fan, if it doesn't show improvement - it may not be the appropriate treatment for this Mom.  APNO targets several possible issues, perhaps she needs something thrush specific.  Is baby being treated?

I also had persistent yeast with my 2nd child - genetian violet did nothing for it, nor did nystatin.  After 10 weeks of that, baby and I both did a two week course of diflucan and it was gone to never return again!

I wouldn't expect a household with frequent yeast usage to be a cause of thrush . . .
