I'm working with a mom whose baby has been diagnosed with severe tongue
tie. Mom already went to see one ENT who refused to clip baby's frenulum.
Upon the recommendation of two different LCs, mom very much wants to have
the procedure done. Can anyone recommend a Philadelphia, PA-area physician
