I have been enjoying the sharing and great back and forth discussions these
past weeks and now look to all of you for help. A mother called (PTP
granted) asking about nursing her adopted newborn baby. She nursed adopted
baby #2 and had some milk supply but was, and is, mostly interested in
bonding. Her concern is that she has had a full hysterectomy, both ovaries
and uterus in the interveening years (3 years ago) and wears a
patch "Esclim" .05mg. She wonders can she produce any milk this time around
and if so, is it safe with the patch. Any thoughts?
