Bilirubin can be reabsorbed from any stool, but this enterohepatic 
reuptake happens mostly/only if the baby is getting insufficient 
calories. If the baby is getting enough milk, reuptake is negligible. If 
the baby is starving (continuing to lose weight) it can be significant.
