When I did a search on this topic, I couldn't find any recent answers. So, I would like to ask the question again and see what we can find. Does anyone have a written policy for hospital milk sharing specifically for the NICU? I do have the current LLL statement but wondered if there was a policy we can look at to adapt or even see if this is a viable option for the hospital.

Appreciate any help that can be offered!!!
