Great article, but I can hear some say, in response to table regarding the very few instances of neonatal death, "Even one death is too many!"  I wish the article would have indicated more clearly the poor outcomes with comparable moms who chose delivery in hospital.  Bad outcomes in the hospital are too often chalked up to "bad luck of the draw" whole a bad outcome at home is blamed on the delivery location!
