I knew I'd get in trouble posting second- hand!  I must explain, I only read
the recipe to my friend over the phone - she did not study the website, nor
write a "critique" of the recipe.  These were just her initial reactions to
the recipe.  I don't think she had heard of the Weston A. Price website
before.  I then transcribed what I thought she told me over the phone.  I
was conveying this to a mom I had never met.  So perhaps something was
"lost" in this game of "telephone".  I think most of the comments that I
posted were a general criticism of homemade formula.

I will contact her again and forward the comments that were raised on this
thread.
