Women's College Hospital, Toronto, Ontario received a large amount of money
from a formula company in the millions for building a new wing or some such
thing.  They do not have a contract with a formula company and any mother
who chooses to bottle feed must bring in her own formula!

Anyone interested in finding out how they accomplished this could contact
Russ Springfield MD who is involved with their breastfeeding clinic.
