check the arcXhives.  Asacol is OK for breastfeeding women.  It *rarely*
causes bloody diarrhea in the baby which is reversible when the drug is
stopped.  Very important to breastfeed when mom has IBD, as this is a
familial disease, and breastfeeding may provide protection to the baby and
decrease the chance of developing this later in life.
