One thing that might resinate with her would be to tell her that these
late signs of hunger the baby he's exhibiting only worsen and make it
HARDER to latch him on if he is not fed BEFORE he gets upset, and that
hunger can be *painful* for infants. I know its hard to know what to say
when you're trying to be gentle and respectful. That poor little child, I
can put money down that she will not only be bottlefeeding soon, but this
baby will be left to CIO alone in his crib b/c mom recognizes what are
*normal* needs as "controling" and "bad habits."  :(
