Re 11 month old on nursing strike:

I'll bet dollars to doughnuts it's the teeth.  Children will often run a
fever, be lethargic and listless, and refuse to eat or drink or nurse during
those last days before a bunch of teeth erupt.  Their entire demeanor will
change overnight once those teeth come through.  I recommend baby tylenol
and ambesol or other local analgesic, cold teething rings, lots of snuggling
and cuddling.
