Ted Greiner showed a slide of exactly that - a woman  in a burka, I believe 
who was  nursing a child in public.  he was showing how nursing a child is part 
of  the fabric of every day life in a talk possibly about working and  
breastfeeding.
 
He has a website and can be contacted. You can google him.  I did  just this 
week since I was looking for a quote, but I didn't retain his e-mail  address.
