What a great way to end the year (OK, we have another week, but still...) 2 posts, one from Nancy Holtzman about the evidence needed to teach breast and formula feeding appropriately to help mothers make informed decisions for their babies.

And Rachel's inspiring post about the new policy in her NICU to keep mothers and babies together, even level III babies. Congratulations to Norway and Rachel's hospital, may other hospitals the world over follow in their footsteps. 
Rachel, I'm sure the hospital is planning to track the effectiveness of this new program. PLEASE, publish the results, so that those of us not quite as innovative in this area can have the evidence necessary to implement similar programs in our own facilities.
