I've been asked over and over for it.  I can't find it on the AAP website -
I would have thought that it would be on the AAP "press room" page, but its

Many people would like to attach this as a link, when they are writing
letters.

There is no AAP official statement on disaster feeding.  It has to go through 
the Board, etc.  Dr. Gartner felt it was important to get something out 
immediately so he wrote the letter you saw as an individual and Chair of the 
Secdtion on Breastfeeding.  We AAP state breastfeeding coordinators are distributing 
it, along with links to other resources as widely as possible.
