I may have missed a post concerning frozen milk that was pumped while
mother had active yeast overgrowth.

If a client is worried about her frozen milk with yeast I suggest that she
thaw it and then heat it to scalding for a few minutes. If she has worked
long and hard to resolve her and her baby's yeast problem she doesn't want
to take *any* risk.

I believe that an infant with a healthy gut and immune system will not
develop yeast overgrowth by drinking milk with yeast spores in it, and I
tell the mother that that is my opinion, but I give the suggestion out of
respect for the her fears.
