Two questions for those of you who are (a) based in the US and (b) well
versed in organizing conferences.

1. /*What brand of bottled water available in US is Code compliant?*/
One of the potential venues for the August conference is not offering
coolers with water, just bottled water. And after the Nestle water
conundrum last April I am wondering what other companies are also
not-compliant...

2. /*How it is better to organize book sale during the conference?*/ I
really want to have breastfeeding medicine books to be available for
sale at the conference. While some authors are local and able to come in
(i.e. it was great to have Kay Hoover presenting her wonderful atlas on
our inaugural meeting) many are not and understandably are unable to
travel for a small local NJ conference. I saw conferences where all book
sales were centralized and done from one table. That can be a great
solution for everybody - authors will have an access to the
participants, participants will have an access to books and the
conference will have everything centralized. But how it is done physically?

Thank you in advance,
Alla
