One reason WIC bf rates are increasing the fastest is because they started
out so low.  Now, I can hear everyone saying "What?"  It's a statistical
relationship that if you start out with one and increase to two, then you
have 100% increase.  However, if you start out with 100 and add 1, you only
have a 1% increase.  This is still a positive trend, but the statistical
significance may not be 'there' because the denominator is so low.  The
fastest growing family group in the US right now is the single fathers with
custody of children.  The fastest growing age group is the 85 and above.
