I picked up a recent copy (July 26) of the magazine "US News and World
Report" at my parents house last weekend and noticed a small side article
titled "Mother's-milk diet":

"Breast milk may keep you slim, says the 'British Medical Journal.'  Among
9,000 kindergarteners, scientists found a 35 percent drop in obesity if
kids were exclusively breast-fed for three to five months as babies."
