Valerie... very well put!! This is a crazy world, one where spanking &
belittling my child won't get me in trouble but offering breastmilk to him
until he's done could get him taken away. I personally think we regulate
everything to death... but hey I'm just a Constitutionalist, what do I know?

We have forgotten that human milk is a birth right, not just something we
*should* do. And while I think we need more milk banks and more information
to the general public about milk banks, I would rather have Sally's milk
from down the street for my baby than none at all. It is still hard to get
a dr. to write the request/script for breastmilk - do we blame them? so
many doctors think formula is just as good. It's my guess that the lady in
the auction wasn't looking to make money off of her milk, she was just
looking to give it to a baby that could use it, but in an auction you have
to have a price, it can't be free, auction rules.
