Liz:  Directions for crematocrit were in an older version of Dr. Lawrence's
text (maybe the bronze one?).  Drat, I think I gave my old copy away.
Please remind the pedi how important it is to use a blended sample from
before, during and after several feeds over the course of the day.  Just
one measurement will not yield accurate information.

Info about this may be in the archives--I believe it was discussed within
the last year.
