In very orthodox reformed christian communities in The Netherlands there are
big families (not all mothers do like to have their family that big, but
feel they have to want a big family for religious reasons!) and a relatively
high rate of mentally disabled children. I wonder if this has to do with
higher maternalk age or could it have to do with incest, too?
