Brenda:  The clicking noise is such a predictor of thrush that it is in the
LC series #18 and in several articles on breast yeast and/or Candidiasis and
breastfeeding.  It is often one of those telephone clues that moms give us
without realizing that they've really helped themselves out.

Of course, clicking can be a sign of other things including poor positioning
or tongue sucking, but it is often yeast.
