The ENN website is working...a good place to find a summary of the issues is 
on the site at http://www.ennonline.net/ife/generalpublic/default.aspx
there is also a load of info in their resource library but it can be 
difficult to navigate...an emergencies theme is in the line-up for next 
years WBW so now is probably a good time to start learning about this....

What they have found with attempting to use unnsolicited donations of infant 
formula for adults is that it is very time consuming and therefore expensive 
to attempt to organise and it doesn't work well in practice....donations of 
infant formula not only harm mothers and babies but they take resources from 
the relief effort, they are quite difficult and expensive to collect 
together and destroy.
