I would start with working on the oversupply. I have seen milk come out of
the nose in perfectly normal baby's (including some of mine). It seems to me to
be the "easiest way out" for an overlaod. Fussiness and pulling off and onto
the breast again are consistent with oversupply and/or strong milk ejection. I
don't exactly know how much 13 oz is in metric, but it sounds as much?, which
could point to oversupply as well
