How about antibody production- when baby's mouth with his bacteria induces
antibody production by mom, (I know there's a specific term for this but it
escapes me now).  I share this info with moms in breastfeeding classes or let
moms know when they ask if there is a difference in breastfeeding vs
breastmilk feeding.

also better efficiency in milk production with nerve stimulation and that
good old skin contact - the mouth to nipple kind.
