From a pediatric allergist to a mother nursing a 14 month old, who has
never had any other milk, give him soy milk. No reason given.

He also said (and I quote the *mother*): "I don't want to make you feel
guilty, but you probably caused his allergies to peanut by eating peanut
butter while you were nursing". It's a good thing he didn't want to
make her feel guilty. Undoubtedly if the mother had formula fed he
would never had said "I don't want to make you feel guilty, but you
probably caused his allergies by not breastfeeding".

When, oh when, O Lord?
