I am not really sure of the Mechanism of decreased milk supply with lupus.
As far as my reseach goes fenugreek is ok with the nursing mom with lupus.
There is a however if these drugs are oral that due to fenugreeks
mucilaginous properties bioavailability may be slowed. I would also suggest
to assist in increasing milk supply to add oats straw and oatmeal to the
diet. It is low cal but quite a powerhouse of energy and oat straw is
evidenced to also increase milk supply.
