I would like any references possible relating to two cases in which
breastfeeding is an issue. I have the LLL legal packet and references
from Liz Baldwin. Any others would be appreciated. I will be out of
state and off line for a week so please e-mail me privately & post to
list.
Case 1 mom is suing because bank would not give her breaks to pump
milk for her breastfed baby. Anything besides International Labor
Organization policy of 1919? ( I don't know if US ratified it.)
Case 2 Child custody case with almost weaned toddler that does not
want to be seperated from mom nights; dad wants overnight privileges
now. I really stressed to mom, in this one, to find a mutually
satisfying solution before a judge decides. Dad only lives 20 min.
away.
Thanks for any help. Send any references to [log in to unmask]
