Good luck!  I have had (at my hospital) top coding experts look at these bills.  The codes commonly used are not appropriate for LC's according to the guidelines, only for physicians, or lc's under the direct supervision of a physician.  This is something that really needs to be addressed with specific codes for lactation "therapy" which is really what we are doing!
