Hey Dr. Jack, Dr. Rob, Gail, Coach Smith......anyone following the discussion
on Pedchat regarding breastfeeding vs. bottlefeeding?  Several peds have
posted saying that while they wholeheartedly support bf (uh huh), they see
more problems and complications with bf than with formula.  They have
suggested that parents are just too dumb to know how to bf and tell when their
child is getting enough.

Please someone who is an insider (read with an MD or DO attached to their sig)
post and put a plug in for proper education, proper support, and proper
management of bf.
