I would like to add to this discussion that there are a number of reliable
nurses and medical supply companies who sell breastpumps on ebay - not
everyone selling on line is fencing stolen goods - but you just need to be
cautious.  Check out the seller, see if they provide contact information,
call them on the phone if you have questions. I have bought 2 pumps from
ebay sellers, both from sources that have been there for some time - one
from a nurse who gave her phone number so anyone having trouble could call
her - a nice touch!
