 I've had some moms with hyperlactation who actually had to do block feeding for 8 hours for 4-7 days before supply really calmed down.  Or she can donate!  All baby sx seem to relate to oversupply.  Also needs to check out breast dysbiosis by Dr Eglash.  Probably not yeast.  May be Raynaud's of nipple.  Pat in SNJ
