Where is *her* HCP, who is supposed to be advising her for her overall
post-partum healing?  A mother at 1 week post-partum shouldn't be sitting
in a classroom from 9-5.

You said that she already paid for the class.  She will most likely pay a
great deal more if she follows this unrealistic plan.
