I have two questions/thoughts that come to mind. 1. She pumps one time at night. This could be a problem, we know that babies nurse about every 2 to 3 hours even at night. So she may not be stimulating enough. How long is her night time? There is a big difference between calling night time 11pm to 5am or 8pm to 8am. 2) Doctor says her prolactin is normal. Normal for who? A mother who recently deleveried or someone who is not trying to lactate. Just sime more questions that may help to solve the mystery.
