Hi all,

I need urgent help for a mom in the West Los Angeles area. Baby is hurting
her terribly. She's been seen by a couple LC's who have told her she'll
just have to 'wait it out' for things to get better - no one seems to know
WHY baby is hurting her. I need someone who is very good at doing a
thorough eval of baby's body and can determine if structural issues (tight
muscles) are the cause of the problem, someone who is very skilled with suck
evaluations and can rule out a tongue tie that may be submucosal. In other
words - someone with a ton of upper level experience in complicated
situations. :-)

While I am sure I could figure out what the problem is, for me to go see her
or her to come here will be rather a complicated challenge and then I still
wouldn't know who to refer her to if baby needs treatment.
