I will make this short - after all my long ones.

At a meeting today the midwife stated "I will NOT give the mini-pill to a
mother who is combination breast and bottle feeding.  She has to be taking
the estrogen pill or use some other method of birth control like the IUD."

I suggested that the mom should be told the risks  of breast/bottle and
mini pill vs. breat/bottle and regular pill and she can make the decision -
she disagreed.  How do you vote?
