Dear Colleages,
This is my first time writing to the list, but I am a longtime reader!
I have been asked by a nurse working in the NICU,what I know of handling
premie breastmilk under a laminar flow. This is because her medical director
wants to use this method in their unit. Does anyone know of any NICU using
this for breastmilk?
I know that laminar flow is used to prepare medications, in a clean area with
air flow at high speed. Never heard of the use for preparing feeds.
