A new, large study shows that African-Americans mothers who did not breastfeed are 50 percent more likely to develop aggressive breast cancers. My co-author reports on it for NPR:

As we know, African-American mothers probably receive less support to breastfeed than other groups. Also, I feel that members of the public find it hard to make the association between not breastfeeding, and diseases that can happen years later. Do you agree?
