Your mom was obviously extremely fortunate to have you take such an interest in her and her baby! It always does my heart good to see someone care so much about an adopted baby, too, especially a baby who comes to his/her adoptive mom at an older age. There has always been either a bond broken, or an absence of any bond, in order for a baby to come to adoption and several months old, or even much older. That makes it so that they have even more to gain from the comfort of their adoptive mom's breast, than a baby who is placed for adoption as a newborn, or stays with the bio mother. Quite often, the more they need it, the more challenging it is to teach them so!
