These drugs are okay during lactation and will not cause any problems for
the baby, all being proteins which are too big to get into the milk. But, it
may be that some of these hormones could seriously decrease her milk supply,
by increasing estrogen production.

Presumably she still has her ovaries and her pituitary.  What's the rush to
get the eggs for surrogacy?  She's only 22.  There's plenty of time to worry
about the second.  Hang on there and give this baby his due.
