Unfortunately in cultures where bottle feeding is normal, some health
professionals think that the same can be said of breastfeeding.  I spoke to
a Mum just this week, whose not yet two year old is a fussy eater.  She was
told by her medical adviser that he was 'filling up on breastmilk' which is
'not as good for him now as solids'.  This is not uncommon here, where many
believe the only difference between bottle feeding and breastfeeding is the
mode of delivery.  This is the flipsid to the 'it's nearly as good as
breastmilk' marketing - it means that breastmilk is nearly as bad as  ....
