      Maybe I am missing something.  Are the physicians giving a reason for
not clipping the frenulum?   (Unnecessary?  Painful? )
     Are the same physicians who refuse to clip frenulum performing
circumcisions?

PS  My breasts have served their purpose in life.  Four times to be exact.
It is time for them to serve me and me alone!  No need for a "push up bra
here,  I need a hold up one!"  I can honestly say, Yes this is how my
sisters and I were raised.  Sorry.  This way of thinking is not for my
girls or son.  In the words of a fellow nurse   "Tools not Toys!"
