I have been out of the loop when it comes to new pumps for a while now.  My sister is due any day with her first baby & is trying to decide which pump to get via her insurance.  

I have never heard of the Rumble Tuff double electric pump and was doing some research online.  I can't find much outside of their website. Anyone worked with this pump?  Opinions? (I did look through the archives.)

Also has anyone seen the difference between the Medela Personal double & the Medela Advanced?  I am assuming these are names for insurance?

They also offer the Hygeia Q & Ameda Purely Yours, that are still on the table as possibilities, along with a few cheaper pumps she will be avoiding :-)
