Kim,

Ask this woman if the blood test done so far have included a blood screen 
for celiac disease.  This could cause both an elevated prolactin and 
infertility.

Blood screen is usually a tissue transglutaminase antibody test (tTG IgA) 
plus a total serum IgA level.
