Thank you, Jennifer.  I agree that the ties need to be addressed.  Unfortunately, I worked this weekend with a pediatrician that is VERY "single focused" on the weight only.  We are working on him... it took everything I had this weekend to get him to even listen to my other concerns about this baby, and how everything can be connected.  *sigh*

Do you feel that a revision sooner rather than later would worsen the oral aversion or not?  This is one concern I have.  This is the worst situation I have encountered so far, and want to make sure I proceed in the most appropriate order.  Thanks.
